Hampton Inn & Suites St. Petersburg/Downtown

I have to just give a shoutout and some love to the housekeeping staff. Particularly Monique & Katrina for helping me out & going out of their way to take care of me at the end of their shift. Such sweet ladies. Appreciate you guys!!

What a fantastic experience staying at this Hampton Inn in downtown St. Pete! The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was clean. The pool was “heated” but not warm enough for us to get in! We walked to the pier and the Dalí museum. Took a drive out to the beach one day and bar hopped at night. Breakfast is included and decent. Eggs were watery but they also offered grits, waffles, yogurt, bagels. Overall highly recommended!

What a beautiful place. Friendly people from the front desk to the ladies cleaning the rooms. Room was spotless and the ladies cleaning kept the room stocked with whatever I needed. They were very friendly and fun to talk to. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I booked 10 more nights in March . Definitely recommend this place.

One of the best places to stay in DTSP. Location is great, rooms are clean and comfortable. I always get a solid nights sleep here and is consistently a go-to for comfortable beds and cleanliness. Victoria at the desk is helpful and always friendly.

I recently stayed at the Hampton in St. Pete, and I want to give special recognition to John at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, always greeting me with a smile and making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. John turned what could have been a standard hotel visit into an experience that truly stood out. Whether it was answering questions, giving helpful recommendations, or just taking the time to check in on how my stay was going, his genuine care and hospitality made all the difference. Because of John, my stay at Hampton was not just convenient, but memorable. He’s a perfect example of customer service done right, and I hope Hampton knows how lucky they are to have him on their team. I’ll definitely be returning if I am in the area again, and John’s outstanding service is a big reason why!

The location is excellent to access Beach drive and central avenue. Rooms have been updated and we were happy with the shower also. Breakfast here stands out above other Hampton Inns. They continuously replacement items and the fruit is excellent. Gym and pool on the second floor. While the hotel is pet friendly, the manager Grayson found us a room that has not hosted pets since the remodeling. To that we are very grateful. This is a well run hotel where staff work together to ensure a positive and happy experience for all.

As a lifetime Diamond member with Hilton, I have stayed at hundreds of Hilton properties throughout the United States. I can confidently say that the customer service I received during this stay was exceptional. Erica, Greyson, and Rashad were consistently fantastic. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine eagerness to assist made a meaningful difference in my stay. Too often, reviews are written only when experiences fall short, so I wanted to take the time to share how satisfied and happy I was with the level of service they provided. Great check in staff and the housekeeping staff is wonderful and very polite. Greyson and the other front desk staff were cordial and very accommodating. It would be nice if corporate took note of this review and conveyed my appreciation to the staff.
